The New York City Audubon Society is the largest of the National Audubon Society's 518 chapters. With a current membership of over 8,000 environmentally-committed city residents, NYCAS is devoted to confronting imortant local issues in the metropolitan area.

NYCAS is comprised of five Officers, sixteen Board Members, eighteen Advisory Council members, and twelve committees with thirteen chairpersons.
