Antarctica - From Hobart to the Ross Sea
By John Lipkowitz
Mr Lipkowitz's interest in photography started as a child and he has been photographing for over 40 years. His interest in birds began with a walk by the swans and cignets on The Lake in Central Park. His article "Urbanized Wildlife" was published in the Winter 2003/2004 issue of Nature Photographer and the Spring, 2005 issue will include an article on tulips at the West Side Community Garden. Mr Lipkowitz practices law in order to travel and support his passion for photography. This program includes photographs from the underside of the world - Australian and New Zealand Sub-Antarctic islands, mainland Antarctica, and Emperor Penguin Rookeries in the Ross Sea.
